When I received then the dameges were clear on two of the four spoons. Only then did she blame her age and poor eye sight. Teachable moment is...just tell the truth and if your going to induce a transaction with a lie, when you get called out offer a discount for your misrepresentation. Offered full refund and paid for return postage. Buyer threatened me with negative feedback if I didn’t refund him money without returning it. Called me a liar numerous times. Said I used other peoples photos and not my own. Buyer received a real bargain for the silver below the market value of current silver prices. In all my numerous years on EBay I have never dealt with a buyer like this. If product was so damaged why didn’t just return it 4 refund?
