Minor damage to one of the retention pins for attaching the cooler to the motherboard, but other pins were still functional. Quality was as expected of an intel stock cooler and the value was relatively good. Appearance does not matter - the product appeared exactly as one would expect. Overall would recommend but please do improve the condition of the product because it was a bit of a pain to get the cooler to properly mount.
