Shipping is pricy but outside the control of Nick's. Appreciated the status updates as unit was received, problem verified, serviced, tested, and finally notification unit had been shipped back to me. Never had to contact Nick's for a update. Price of repairs/shipping was a fraction of replacing the unit. Would do this again without hesitation.

I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
