I was very impressed on how they took extra safety precautions by bubble wrapping the outside box with fragile handle with care message on it. The printer was in brand new condition and the appearance was as expected. It was easy to setup. I’ve been using the l8050 for a couple of week and I’ve had no problems. I would definitely buy from them again.

Je suis allé à la presse pour récupérer mon colis, je donne ma carte d'identité à la gérante, la dame vérifie ensuite elle revient et me dit qu'elle n'a pas trouvé mon colis, je lui dis mais j'ai reçu le message que le colis a été livré depuis 12h elle me répond que le colis n'a pas été livré aujourd'hui, elle ne l'a pas encore reçu, elle me dit peut être aujourd'hui où demain.
