Pool cover was definitely as described, and in manufacturer packing/bag however after installing the cover and beginning to align integrial straps to tighten cover, the reinforced seam had a rip right at stitch point. Not the sellers fault due to item being new. But the seller is awesome and kind enough to partial refund for the inconvenience of this. Thanks!
