Looks brand new, outside of a small scratch on the camera bar (above the LED). For being open-box, I have no complaints! Battery life has been fantastic, and the phone has been performing as to what you'd expect. Camera is amazing. Well worth the discounted price, given it operates as new outside of that VERY small blemish. Would buy again in a heartbeat

Phone came in great condition with barely any scratches as described in the listing. Unfortunately the phone was carrier locked (where the bootlaoder was greyed out). I notified the seller and the seller responded quickly. The seller doesn't normally do returns, because of the carrier lock, the seller allowed the return and I got a full refund. I would definitely recommend them!

Although the seller doesn’t normally do returns, because the carrier lock, the seller allowed the return and I was able to get my money back. Otherwise the condition of the phone matched the description and photos (just best to check the lock status and carrier before purchase).
