Phone came in great condition with barely any scratches as described in the listing. Unfortunately the phone was carrier locked (where the bootlaoder was greyed out). I notified the seller and the seller responded quickly. The seller doesn't normally do returns, because of the carrier lock, the seller allowed the return and I got a full refund. I would definitely recommend them!

Otherwise the condition of the phone matched the description and photos (just best to check the lock status and carrier before purchase).
