And because of the detail to the listing, I never worry about damage. The shell top has some scratches..looks like someone carved into the pain...and didn't like the top or bottom, so they just scratched them out. This didn't effect the laptops proformance, at all and the touchscreen works perfectly. Best buy level refurbishing. Will be back! Highly recommend sellers products. Thank you....again!

It arrived as described. I'm going to skin the exterior to where previous owners branding was removed according to my personal taste, maybe with a piece of leather, customizing it. It functions like at just came out of the factory though and am supremely impressed and again, wholeheartedly and genuinely 100% satisfied. Don't think anymore.... Buy.

These machines were as described and both turned on with small issues that are more just at fault of whoever had the laptops before the seller and these were well worth the price. all in all this seller has not disappointed me it was exactly what i expected and i couldn’t be happier. Good job! 10/10
