Discounts, reductions, and promotions are valid while stocks last. Discounts, reductions, and promotions are not cumulative.

All products sold by S.C. DAB IT Factory S.R.L. come with an invoice/receipt and a warranty certificate.
Products sold by S.C. DAB IT Factory S.R.L. do not come with accessories (cables, plugs, adapters, screws, installation CDs, etc.).
Loss of the warranty certificate or the invoice results in the loss of the warranty. Partial or total erasure of the serial number from products results in the loss of the warranty.
S.C. DAB IT Factory S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse collaboration with customers who exhibit inappropriate behavior and language (aggressive, licentious, etc.).
Returns
We cannot accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions or have been damaged, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, knocks, mechanical/electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories and copies of all documents with which they were delivered.
Licenses cannot be returned, and in the case of returning a product purchased with a license, the value of the license will not be refunded.
If the seal has been removed, the value of the equipment will NOT be refunded.
Before returning the products, make sure that:
they are not protected by passwords set by you
you have not uninstalled the operating systems or other programs with which they were delivered.
Then fill out the return form.
If you have opted for a refund of the amount paid at purchase and the product you returned meets the return conditions, the money will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account indicated in writing by you.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please note
In cases where returned products have the Dab It seal removed, show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, knocks, electrical shocks, missing accessories, or missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from the product s value (including VAT), which will be communicated after assessing the damages.
We also reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of returns in cases of abuse (repeated returns).
It is very important to check the physical integrity of packages/products when you receive them from the courier or carrier, in their presence, and to request the drafting of a damage report if the products show signs of damage, or to refuse to accept the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
