The usps box looked like it thrown down hard and had something heavy placed on it. I am grateful for the great value(I something was damaged inside because it wouldn't powerup at first, but after powering off and fully charging, things seems to clear up). Thanks Apple TechPlus!

The battery died within a few hours and this was never disclosed. When I reached out, the seller was rude, dismissive, and tried to act like these issues were normal. Then they attempted to charge a 20% restocking fee on an item not as described. Very unprofessional—avoid this seller.
