My last experience with FedEx was so bad that I sent some tetchy messages to the seller who responded very commendably and on my advice took control of the delivery options. I'm grateful to them for this but I think it shows many sellers do not know that "Shippers can initiate the FedEx Delivery Manager service for their recipients. Recipients cannot sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager" and the FedEx website does not make this clear enough.
