I got twice the ram and memory at half the price going with the refurbished option. All items came quickly, well packaged, and functioning as expected. Only complaint I could possibly have is that the stand for the monitor was very wobbly and unstable. I purchased a $20 one for Amazon to replace it .

Set up was easy and Windows 11 install ran smoothly. Save for the Windows 11 not waking up from sleep ( but I read that is a major flaw that Microsoft refuses to address) it’s perfect.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
