The seller shipped the item very quickly and packed safely with bubble wrap in the box. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device.
