The power cord was an off-brand power cord, not a Lenovo, and the very cheap stylus could very well have come from a cereal box. Also, it came with Windows 10, but a free upgrade (except for my time of 2-3 hours) to do the upgrade. I would have preferred the seller to list these same concerns (and say it is baked into the price).

I was able to Upgrade to Windows 11 though. Also note: this was originally a low cost computer built for education. I.E. the screen is very low resolution, and same with the camera. It is not a powerhouse. It will not be able to recognize your face for Windows hello, or log on functions. But those are all my problems. Not the seller. It is exactly as described. Battery life is great.

However Windows 11 Pro was not installed, but Windows 10 Pro was. It took a few hours time for Microsoft update to bring it to 11pro 24H2. Also, the included pen was not the active pen appropriate for the 6th generation 11e - fortunately for me I don't use the pen very much. Overall, a good value.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The picture in the listing is general and not the exact one I got. I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea.
