The record arrived damaged, with visible scratches and defects that render it unplayable. Additionally, the sleeve is torn and heavily creased, which was not mentioned in the listing. I have attempted to listen to the record, only to find that it skips and produces poor sound quality due to the damage. Given the condition in which it arrived, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. To ensure this, I am leaving a 1-star review as a warning.
