Packing could've been better--as both drives were only wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap. As others have posted, one drive was Seagate, and the other was Western Digital, so not exactly as described. Had no prob with the Seagate, but the WDigital at first gave me probs during the clean install process. However, after working with it about a month, it seems OK. Let's hope it stays that way. Good service.

I had a question for the seller and it was promptly answered. It was also shipped quickly. This is my second purchase from this seller (the other was a laptop for my mom a year or two ago.) Both times everything went great. Good prices, good laptops, excellent seller. My go to seller for computers!

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!
