One PSU has some physical damage but the shipping box was in pretty good shape and the two units were wrapped with bubble wrap in the same box individually. The "inside" of the one is where the damage was which means the PSU was shipping with a small indent on the one side and the guide piece at the back bent. PSU still seems to work just fine so not a big deal in the end but that PSU likely shouldn't have been sent out. Back piece easy to fix.

The only thing that was different than what I expected was the CPU arrived without the plastic CPU caddy tray. It was easy to purchase one from another vendor, but given how the product was pictured with the caddy, and the sensitive nature of the CPU socket, I would have expected it to be included.
