The computer itself was exactly as advertised, although I had an issue where the power button was stuck down because the stalk was too long. when i reached out to the seller about this, they attempted to resolve the issue, but I fixed it in my own before that was necessary. Keep in mind, this is a refurbished computer, so a lot of the parts are pre-owned or bought cheaply. overall, it was exactly what I paid for.

It is an "excellent-refurbished" computer, and honestly, by looking at it, you could never tell it was used. It is an excellent value with features that cost a lot in a new computer. I am very happy with the performance and appearance. I am a return customer and have always been happy with my purchases as well as the customer service when needed.

This one fired up right out of the gate and works like a champ. I did telephone support once and the call was answered promptly by a real PERSON and my issue resolved while on the call. Machine looks like a new one to me and was $30 cheaper than the one I returned so this was a great experience.

The seller is located about 6 hours from my location and the shipment was said to be expected by August 20 according to FedEx. It didn't show up for two days following so I contacted FedEx and started a ticket. This was on Aug 22. On the 23rd the shipment was updated and the delivery is now scheduled for the 27th and the product appears to be in Sacramento CA. Not happy with them.
