New drive arrived today and it worked on the very first try. Both came sealed in original packaging and were shipped in a sturdy way. Looked like new. One thing to remember is that you won't get exactly 16TB. Mine I am getting about 14.5TB. So do not be upset, they did not design the drive technology. good value.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
