Put this and the other HC550 in a multiport toaster, placed a small fan in front for cooling and started copying. Took 2 days to copy 10TB of data. Now it's working well and my content is backed up. Best price on Ebay at the time, ordered late 7/22, delivered 7/26. Thanks so much!

They shipped promptly but there was a delay in transit and they opened a case and it showed up a day or two later. They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
