Extremely easy set up and still have all passwords. I expected to be a day with the 11 Pro but everything connected seamlessly. I spent $30.00 more and not only got Windows 11Pro but a very well refurbished Dell computer. The unit looks brand new and I also have a years warranty. How can you go wrong? Top notch seller, in my opinion. Thank you for a great transaction.

The things fan sounds terrible and janky, it’s clean on the inside though, after a few minutes of browsing it randomly gets all weird and the screen starts to look crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone. You can literally find better for cheaper somehow, VERY disappointed. (Also is won’t let me give this a negative review, but it’s 100% negative, horrible purchase and product.)

To my demise I am very pleased that I took the gamble because this computer was a very easy setup and the performance is beyond what I expected. I would with no doubt recommend this company and their products to any and every one reading this feed back. The value is great. I saw only one small scratch

Before it arrived I noticed I ordered wrong one, I ordered computer with i7 7th generation I wanted at least 9th generation i7. Emailed tech leaf. Kailey Carter called me back from tech leaf, she was great they mailed right computer out after, I payed small upgrade fee. (even before i received the wrong one) I sent back as soon as I received it. Highly recommend this company and thank you Kailey Steve
