Turns out the book has three chapters, 27 pages, underlined. When I contacted the seller, he said description is only for the covers, not the content. He said his terms are "no returns" and no refunds. I offered to return the book, at my cost. He said no, but he could refund "a couple of bucks". Finally, he said I should open a case with eBay, and they would handle it. This buyer did not want to open a case and instead go outside Ebay for the return (sleezy), I was not comfortable with this. He proceeded to get angry.
