Multibargain – Terms & Conditions (eBay Store)

By purchasing from Multibargain on eBay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Multibargain is a trading name of Global Web Innovation Ltd (Company No. 312 4537 33, registered in England & Wales).
1. Product Information
We provide accurate and detailed descriptions of every product, including its condition, specifications, and images.
Product types may include: New, Open Box / No Box / Box-Damaged, Refurbished – Professionally Checked.
Product condition and any warranty period will always be stated in the listing.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update details at any time without notice.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment must be made at checkout using eBay-approved methods (credit/debit card, PayPal).
Orders are confirmed and dispatched once payment is received in full.
Legal title remains with Multibargain until full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon confirmed delivery or attempted delivery where acceptance is refused.
Retention of Title Extension: In cases of fraud, failed payment, or chargeback, Multibargain reserves the right to reclaim goods supplied.
We are not currently VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not charged on your purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Items are dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary.
Orders over £450 may require a signature.
Tracking details are provided for all orders.
Delivery Responsibility: Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier (via tracking update or signature), Multibargain is not liable for items lost, stolen, or claimed as “not received.” Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
Customers are advised to have adequate insurance for high-value items once delivery is confirmed.
We are not liable for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or loss/damage once items have been handed to the courier.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.
If you change your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.
Refund Deductions: Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories/manuals/packaging may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the product’s value in line with eBay’s return condition policy.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your item arrives faulty, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Customers must package returns securely. Multibargain is not liable for damage or loss in transit.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellations must follow eBay’s official return process.
6. Warranty
Only products where a warranty period is explicitly stated in the listing are covered.
Warranty durations may vary: 12 months, 6 months, or 3 months.
Items without a stated warranty are sold without Multibargain warranty.
Warranty covers technical faults under normal use.
Warranty excludes accidental damage, cosmetic wear, consumables, tampering, or misuse.
New/Sealed Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (contact them directly; we assist with proof of purchase).
Postage Rules:
Within 30 days: If faulty, Multibargain covers return postage.
After 30 days: The customer must pay return postage. If the fault is confirmed under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund, but postage costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Requirements:
All warranty returns must be sent using a tracked service (Royal Mail 48 Tracked or equivalent).
Items valued over £50 must be returned with signed-for delivery.
Customers are responsible for secure packaging; Multibargain is not liable for loss/damage in transit if these requirements are not followed.
After 30 days, warranty claims must be made via customerservice@multibargain.com
, with order number, fault description, and photos/videos.
All returns must include proof of purchase, fault description, all accessories, and secure packaging.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
8. Intellectual Property
All listing content (images, text, branding, layout) is the property of Multibargain (Global Web Innovation Ltd). Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage from misuse.
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party accessories/software unless stated.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, strikes, courier disruption, government restrictions).
11. Variation of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies. Updated Terms are published on our eBay store policy page.
12. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13. Compliance & Buyer Responsibility
We comply with UK consumer law and all eBay seller policies.
Buyers must ensure delivery details are correct at purchase.
All purchases are protected under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Overseas buyers agree that English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, you may escalate via eBay, the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, or an approved UK ADR provider.
We are not obliged to participate in ADR, but will consider reasonable requests.
16. Data Protection
We process data in line with UK GDPR. Personal data is used only for order fulfilment, customer service, and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Multibargain.
18. Product Safety & Compatibility
All products comply with UK/EU product safety laws.
All products must be used with the correct voltage, accessories, and safety precautions.
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
19. Warranty Transferability
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser. Warranties are non-transferable and void if resold.
20. International Sales Disclaimer
Listings are for UK customers unless stated otherwise. International buyers are responsible for local taxes, duties, and compliance with local laws. We are not liable for customs delays or charges.
21. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
22. Fraud & Abuse
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or withhold warranty support in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
23. Pricing & Typographical Errors
Errors may occur in pricing or descriptions. In the event of an obvious error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order.
24. Right to Refuse Orders
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders before dispatch due to stock unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud.
25. Returns Exclusions (Hygiene & Software)
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. in-ear headphones, earbuds, personal care products) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
Software/digital content with broken seals cannot be returned unless faulty.
26. Language / Translation Disclaimer
If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
27. Customer Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Multibargain against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.
28. Age Restrictions
By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Under-18s must have parental consent.
29. Environmental & WEEE Disposal
Electrical items must not be disposed of with household waste. Customers must recycle in line with WEEE regulations. Local collection/recycling schemes are available via your local authority.
30. Customer Responsibility for Safe Use
Customers must use products according to instructions, safely, and for intended purposes. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss from unsafe or improper use.
31. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute outside of eBay’s system, Multibargain reserves the right to recover costs incurred, including administrative and legal fees.
32. Export Controls
Certain products may be subject to UK or international export controls. By purchasing, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws.
