Courier is set at 2 Working Days Handling (Mon to Fri to 12:00 - Sat/Sun Non-Working) and 5 Working Days Courier.
We aim to beat estimated times, but please bear this in mind when ordering as this is a None Negotiable due to our commitments to orders already being processed.
No Priority or Delayed Postage - this affects Seller Metrics and is not allowed through Ebay
UK Mainland Postage through Ebay Packlink (Inpost/Evri/RM/PF and Yodel may be used depending on Volumes but unfortunately we cannot offered a Preferred Carrier as this could result in a separate trip for a Singular Parcel)
Worldwide Postage available through eBay GSP (Global Shipping Programme)
We usually only offer Collection on an item if this is stated within the Listing or Description.

Our items are procured from a range of sources and may require additional care and attention if stated (such as Cleaning/Repairing or Restoring).
Due to the nature of our Procurement, our items MAY come from backgrounds that include Pet or Smoking related odours.
**Environmental Commitments**
We pride ourselves on using Recycled Materials for Packaging Purposes.
This may include Clean Confectionary Boxes, Vegetable Boxes, Sturdy Petfood Boxes, Other Online Retailer Boxes and otherwise.
Internally, we may use Recycled Cardboard Layers from the above to support.
Fragiles and otherwise will usually contain New Bubblewrap layered with Recycled Materials externally.
Item Security and Returns
**Inbound/Outbound Parcels**
We do offer Returns inline with UK Law.
All Inbound and Outbound Processes are CCTV recorded from Courier
Collection/Return Receipt as well as Return Item Inspection to negate discrepancies throughout the Internal Process.
Items may be security marked or photographed in High Definition to avoid
Fraudulent Activity.
Electronics or similar may contain Tamper Seals where possible and High Value items are photographed to an almost Forensic Level to support any Ebay/Legal Proceedings against any Fraudulent Claims.
