The quality of the care taken on this phone was great. There were no scratches or scuffs and the screen was nice and clear. The phone looks like they just took it out of the box brand new. Looks great, price great.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!
