Its an open box item, so i was hoping the manuals in the cases would be there, but not a big problem, like i said its an open box item. The quality of the discs are like brand new. The package arrived on time and safe. The little cardboard slip that the games sit in is still like new. Im glad i found this item as it now completed my collection of the franchise. P.S. after i bought it,i saw they were selling an unopened version,so make sure to thoroughly check their store pages.
