We used an air hose and cleaned all the speakers that were full of dirt grime and fuzz which I would not expect from a phone described as excellent condition. That is something you would think seller would have definitely looked over and addressed. Also battery is not what it is advertised. Dies quickly. Other than those things it came promptly. Don’t pay the extra for excellent if you purchase.
