Buyer didn't read the sizes in the description. They stated they buying for homeless children, accepted low offers for these as a result of their request - silly me. Another incorrect purchase by them I refunded (Had to open the parcel that was already packed to change the purchases @nocost). Sent early photos of children with small neck rings. Offered a Item cost refund - not interested. Could not do combined shipping as money paid was $8 less than cost . Happy days.......
