The 723+ is technically an upgrade, but the DS720+ had built in decoding of audio and video signals. Not a problem, just offload that work to a computer.

I reached out the carrier service and they said the package was not given by the shipper and it is not possible like what I told by the shipper, which the package was not scanned when the carrier took it. I have to wait until the day ebay need to be involved to get my refund. I don't know how this seller works, but I hope this will not be happening to others again.

After contacting them they said they didn't have stock of the monitor I ordered and so sent a different one. They are still listing the monitor I ordered and list 10 as available. Terrible seller.
