No reinstall involved. Watched the video first did that bit but didn't download as I have it installed already. Then looked at Icon top right that looks like a man in the app. Click on that. Go down to the bottom of the page, may need to scroll the page down. Hover over the serial number and enter key appears. Pasted bingo all done. Went and disabled auto renewal

Anyway fast email worked perfectly clear instructions and got exactly what I expected it’s a new 15 month protection so will last a long time,
