But the seller kept saying the SIM was activated. This one can not work in China either. Last year I bought a T-mobile SIM in US and it could pick up signals and receive SMS and calls in China. But the seller said he sold many SIMs and all of them could work outside US. In the end I got a SIM that can do NOTHING.

However, instead of activating it, she waited until it was suspended so I couldn't have my wifi service and she STILL hasn't activated the esim I paid for! Thanks to her, I had to pay unexpected extra money for another company to get back the service as she kept neglecting my request of activation. Definitely one of the worst sellers on eBay.
