However, noticed that I had lost one month's overlap coverage despite up-front promise on McAfee website, contacted their useless help desk who just wouldn't do anything as I hadn't purchased direct from them, told them to stick it and I'll go with Norton, had an immediate follow up email saying my account had been "corrected", and all is well.
