Shipped in a very neat, tidy and sturdy package, with a do not bend label on the front, postcard enclosed in vinyl sleeve, note and thank you card included. Mailed the next day after order, arrived safely from west coast in 4 days. It is clear that the seller cares about the items they sell, and their customer's satisfaction.     The item was exactly as described in the listing and was even more beautiful in person.
