It was raining when the package was delivered today, so it ended up getting partially soaked. But the outer box seemed to have stopped any water from getting inside! The Dell AX510 sound bar appeared brand new and unopened, but there was some type of residue forming on the wires, maybe age-related or just a side effect of sitting unopened for so long. A quick wipedown with isopropyl alcohol fixed it. The speaker sounds surprisingly good for what it is!

I had to order one from another vendor to make it work. I don't see that as a problem with Discount Computer Depot; they do a great job and sold this speaker at an exceptional price. The speaker tested out great and will become part of the main sound system in a small RV. My thanks to Discount Computer Depot.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go!
