The battery that Rome Tech originally sent to me was in an opened package and used (2.9 V). I complained and within an hour a representative mailed to me a replacement battery, which arrived in a sealed package and fully charged (3.3 V). Honest mistakes happen, and real customer service lies in how such problems are resolved! The battery is also an exact replacement for OEM 23.21212.091.
