I had to return it because it was very difficult to utilize all of the features. As a light small phone it's great. If you need other features be better served with a touch screen type phone.

The condition is new and packed really well. I'd say that the value of this is wonderful. This phone would be great for seniors. The appearance is great. I had problems with Tracfone trying to assist me telling me wrong info on the service plan which they said didn't exist, but after talking to a few Tracfone customer service people I finally got someone who knew what they were doing & helped me complete the process & I got my data, minutes & texts finally added to my plan. VerizonValue is a Great company to deal with, no problems at all would highly recommend

Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.

Normally, these airtime cards arrive in 2 days, & the Seller did ship immediately. However, UPS screwed up. Instead of shipping directly to PA, it sent the card to OR! So, the card took 5 days to arrive in PA. But, it did arrive intact as it was securely packaged in a manila envelope. Good price. The card is new and exactly as pictured and described in the listing.
