After wrestling with the usb/display ports, it now serves as my remote computer vs my aging/very heavy Alienware. I would have liked a HDMI port, but that is not the seller’s fault. HP does things Iike matching a powerful cpu with an underpowered gpu. The keyboard and mouse were a pleasant surprise! Everything was well protected in the box! It looks nearly pristine both inside and outside!

I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
