When I opened the package, it looked disorganized, almost as if it wasn’t originally packed properly.After setting everything up, I encountered another issue: while the monitor looked fine, the PC wouldn’t turn on.

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
