I bought a vey large framed print and they packed it so extremely well (to prevent the glass from breaking) that I thought they must have had it professionally packed. Even if Fedex dropped it off the truck and down 10 feet, there was no way their well packed contents were going to get damaged. (They confirmed they packed it themselves). You can definite trust this excellent seller. Thank you, Robert (the seller). PS The box was huge, designed to ship a mirror. Only 18.98 Fedex
