After they sent the wrong item they blamed me for not reading the description correctly even though I did. Listing clearly indicates 15 working days for shipping. It was shipped within that time frame. I'm typing all my e-mails in ALL CAPS. INCLUDING MY LOVE LETTERS. THIS FEEDABCK IS MISSLEADING AND UNFAIR!
