The seller took ten days to ship my item and an additional five days to reach me. I contacted the seller and asked if they could ship the item the next day so I could take it on a trip. I did get a reply, and they said they would. They did NOT ship the item as promised. Packaging was terrible. The shoes were shipped in a plastic bag mailer without any padding, which was torn, and one shoe was out and dirty.
