The only other thing was it said 256 SSD. But it is a NVMe SSD from apple. So wanted to upgrade it but had to get another M.2 adapter to replace the Apple NVMe adapter. Installed a standard NVMe M.2 SSD 1 TB. Works great.

There was already an account on there with a password but you have to READ THE PAPER PROVIDED for the password. Mac booted straight up and works just fine. I am only currently using it as a BlueBubbles server. Great addition to my homelab and at an affordable price. Would recommend!
