Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. I needn’t have been worried, this business have been excellent. The correct phone, in reasonable condition. Battery life is good, representing great value.
