The seller decided to open a case against me instead of accepting that there was an issue with the laptop that went beyond a battery problem. In the end it took me over a week longer to receive my refund. The laptop had been returned to us stating that the battery was faulty. I had personally done thorough tests on the laptop and battery was draining as any normal battery would. As a seller, we get marked for incorrect reasons for returns and eBay kept this open, not us. This was one of those as there was no fault with the battery. It had been on all weekend (Fri-Mon) on a single charge, left Fri to come back to a 58% battery. Voltages were OK.
