It has minor wear on the edges, which is normal for a second-hand laptop. Battery lasts ~6h for streaming, ~1h for light gaming and ~2h 30m for cloud gaming (Is perfect for that). The keyboard is quiet, backlit, and comfortable. The screen has good angles and resolution. I use it for work, browsing, media, and gaming. Overall, I’d rate it 9/10—it performs great!

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
