Just because a lower offer was settled on at purchase - it should not decrease the value of good packing. The other 18 vehicles remained in their packaging and were not damaged.

I contacted the seller that I was not happy with the condition and they agreed to do a partial refund. I ordered (9) bars of Dr. Squatch Soap, the seller shipped (3). When I messaged the seller from Emerald managment they automatically sent me a partial refund without any notification. Very disappointing. Don't know why these sellers are allowed to keep their accounts. Guess I should go back and read the fine print. This happens way to many times. That's all I have to say about that.
