I'd rate it right up there next to Dell, at least the model I got! Seller was punctual, seems honest and the unit arived clean ( fans just a little dirty ) working although I'm not going to leave Win 11 Home on there, I'll swap it out real soon. Seller did trouble shoot with me and acknowledged the issue but offered only a hard drive replacement, which is not appropriate to address motherboard damage. These things happen, but I was disappointed by lack of accountability. I lost all my data and now must go through a warranty claim with no guarantee of refund.
