The laptop came amazingly packed in the best bubble wrap I've ever seen and when I took the laptop out, I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition it's in. Looks nearly new, works great (once I figured out how to set it up). I love it and I recommend this seller to anyone in the market for a great 2nd laptop. This is the right size for me to use when I'm traveling. Perfect. Thank you!

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
