Volume controls are half way down the cable though which falls behind the desk. All-in-all, a little annoying but great size and quality.

They couldn't find the address and they didn't contact me. The rug arrived yesterday. It is beautiful and in excellent condition. The photograph really didn't do it justice. It looks AMAZING in my sitting room. I am absolutely thrilled. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
