The parts where thrown in a zip lock bag. it showed up in a over sized box. and the box was almost completely destroyed with a big hole in the bag. The lack of proper packaging is most likely what lead to the lost screws. That being said the camera cage was in amazing condition considering how it was packand and the price. the only issue was the packaging. Everything else was great! Would recommend
